Terms of Service

Money Manager: AI Budget (“the app”) is published by MicroAppDigital (“we”, “us”). Contact: microappdigital@gmail.com. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The app is a personal finance tool for recording and reviewing your own money: transactions, budgets, accounts, assets, debts, goals and reports. It works fully offline and does not require an account.

Optional features require signing in with Google: end-to-end encrypted cloud sync between your devices, and the AI Copilot.

Signing in is optional. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure, and for your recovery passphrase. Because your data is encrypted with a key derived from that passphrase and we never receive it, we cannot reset it or recover your synced data if it is lost. Your records on your device are unaffected.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the app.

The core app is free. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly, which removes the free-tier limits and the ads and enables cloud sync and a monthly allowance of AI Copilot conversations. There is no free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them directly.

Prices may change. We will give notice in advance, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

The Copilot answers questions about the figures already in your own records. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we are not licensed advisers. Decisions you make with it are your own.

It is generated by a language model and can be wrong. It never changes your data by itself: anything it proposes is shown to you first and applied only when you confirm it. Check anything that matters before acting on it.

Copilot use is metered by a monthly allowance. We may adjust the allowance or the underlying model to keep the service sustainable, and may rate-limit or suspend accounts that use it abusively or automatically.

Use the app for your own lawful, personal money management. Do not attempt to breach or probe our systems or other users’ data, reverse engineer or resell the service, use it to store unlawful content, or interfere with its normal operation.

Your records are yours. We claim no ownership of them. What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export a full copy at any time from Settings, and delete your account and its synced data from within the app or by email — see deleting your account.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Sync and the Copilot depend on third-party providers and your own connection. We may change, suspend or discontinue optional features; if we discontinue a paid feature we will give reasonable notice, and the offline app will keep working with your local data.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is a record-keeping tool: we do not guarantee that figures, forecasts or Copilot answers are accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or financial decisions made using the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within it. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Your local data remains on your device.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address and changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
